Do I have to use the shop my insurer recommends?

No. Colorado law leaves the choice of repair shop with you. An insurer can recommend one; it cannot require one.

Do you bill my insurance directly?

Yes, where you want it that way. See insurance claims.

Can you tell me what it will cost from a photograph?

We can tell you a great deal from photographs, and it is a good place to start. A firm number needs the car, because the damage under a panel is not visible until the panel comes off.

Do you do mechanical work as well as body work?

Yes. That is the point of this side of the shop.

Who answers the phone?

The shop does.
